Out of the Ashes: A Collection of Poems
Have you ever stood in the fire of grief, loss, heartbreak, illness, or despair and wondered if you'll ever rise again? This collection of poems is born from that blaze.
Out of the Ashes explores the interactions of cultural identity, pain, emotional struggle, and the ongoing work of inner healing. These poems move through the highs and lows of life with raw honesty and vivid imagery, offering space to grieve, reflect, and begin again.
This is a journey through all the pain of breaking, the beauty of becoming, and the power in rising again.

A Call to Awaken: A Collection of Poems
A Call to Awaken is a heartfelt collection of poems about life, struggle, resilience, and hope. This book offers poems that are both personal and deeply relatable.
Through themes of cultural pride, emotional healing, and a desire to spark meaningful dialogue around navigating systems not built for everyone, A Call to Awaken speaks to anyone who has ever felt unseen or unheard.
Whether you're new to poetry or have loved it for years, this collection invites you to pause, reflect, and awaken your own voice. It’s a reminder that your story matters—and that there is power when we come together to create change. A Call to Awaken is my debut poetry collection.

This Is Me: More Than A Journal For Those With Chronic Illness
A new year always carries a mix of hope and fear. We are usually fed the narrative of "New Year, New You". Today's fast paced world pushes us to do more, be more, and have more. But sometimes chasing after the "American Dream" can be exhausting or worse lead to illness. Sometimes the most radical thing we can do is slow down and honor our needs. That's why I created This Is Me as more than a journal. It's a companion for people living with chronic illness and chronic pain. We are allowed to dream, rest, plan, and pivot all at the same time.
Inside, you'll find that each journal page has an inspirational quote to carry you through the hard days. You'll also find gentle goal prompts as an alternative to new year's resolutions, that meet you where you are. And even a goals bingo game to make life a little more fun. The trackers help you notice patterns without judgement. The coloring pages are for moments when words are too much, or you just need to reduce stress. Progress doesn't have to look linear to be meaningful.

The Geology, Ecology, and Human History of the San Luis Valley
The Geology, Ecology, and Human History of the San Luis Valley explores the rich landscapes and diverse social histories of the San Luis Valley, an impressive mountain valley spanning over 9,000 square miles that crosses the border of south-central Colorado and north-central New Mexico and includes many cultural traditions. Twenty-six expert scholars and educators—including geologists, geographers, biologists, ecologists, linguists, historians, sociologists, and consultants—uncover the natural and cultural history of the region, which serves as home to the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, the San Juan Mountains, Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve, and the Rio Grande headwaters.
The Geology, Ecology, and Human History of the San Luis Valley will appeal to students and scholars of geology, ecology, environmental history, and cultural history, as well as residents and tourists seeking to know more about this fascinating and integral part of Colorado and New Mexico.
