Hi, I'm a multi-passionate disabled artist, poet, social scientist, and public speaker dedicated to justice, equity, inclusion, and access. I am also the Owner of Vida Mestiza a brand that celebrates culture, creativity, resilience, and the lived experiences of individuals with disabilities and chronic illness.

I use the research I've conducted for the past 20 years to blend art, poetry, data story-telling and real-world experience to challenge perceptions of chronic illness, chronic pain, disabilities, and rural challenges. My work is rooted in belonging and the power of community, offering a voice to those who have often been left out of the conversation.
