As a disabled artist, poet, author, and public speaker,  I paint my pain and my healing, turning the challenging moments into art that understands you. I write about  life's journey: the beauty, the setbacks, the joy, the heaviness, the cultural traditions, the rural challenges, and the tiny sparks of hope that keep us moving. Sometimes sassy, sometimes in humor, always with love because your story matters. I use  real, significant data  from my research as a social scientist to tell stories that make a difference, create change, and initiate needed conversations.

Blue Journal on a table

Life with chronic illness and chronic pain is hard. This journal is a compassionate companion for your journey with chronic illness. Created by someone who understands, to honor your body, notice your needs, and give yourself permission to move at your own pace.  It's more than a journal, inside you'll find trackers, goal setting, calming coloring pages and more.

Person holding an open book

When the world keeps moving while you're navigating pain, fatigue, grief, struggles and the invisible battles no one else fully understands, it can make you feel unseen. My poetry books exist for those moments.  They are words of recognition, resilience, and healing.  A gentle reminder that your experience matters, your voice is valid, and you are stronger than you realize.

When exhaustion takes it's toll and you can't explain to one more person how you're feeling today - this clothing collection brings comfort and self-expression.  Sometimes we need humor, sometimes we feel sassy and some days it's hard to find the words to express how you feel. This clothing line is a way to outwardly honor what kind of day you're having and acknowledge your limits without apology.  Explore the clothing collection.
